Your AI Coach for everything you practice

Add a Coach for each thing you practice. Connect Grok, Claude, or ChatGPT — one Coach speaks as all of them: it writes your sessions, plans toward your meet, recital, exam, or show, and reads what you actually did. Your phone records the truth.

Open signup. Coach works in the assistant you already use — Grok (SuperGrok or higher), Claude, or ChatGPT.

Home: four Coaches in their colors, each with a note from Coach and the last session

How it works

One Bot. Many Coaches. A phone that tells the truth.

There is no chat inside the app. Your assistant is where you talk; the app is where you do the work and see it add up.

  1. Add a Coach

Pick a discipline. Each Coach gets a name, a color, and its own space on Home — Strength Coach, Piano Coach, Spanish Coach.

  2. Talk to Coach in your assistant

Say what you're working toward. Coach writes today's piece, plans the cycle back from the date, and pins a note with the week's focus.

  3. Do the work on the phone

Start the session and log the sets, bars, cards, or pages. Coach sees what you did — never what you meant to do.

Talk to Coach. Get today’s piece.

Coach writes the plan; the phone runs it.

Coach authors your sessions and pins a Coach Note with what matters this week. Today's Piece sits at the top of your Coach's screen — from a reminder, the active cycle, or your favorites — with one button to start.

  • Coach Notes: one pinned message per Coach, dismissed when you've read it
  • Today's Piece resolved from your reminders, your cycle, or your favorites
  • Favorites for one-tap re-launch of the sessions Coach built for you

Train, practice, study — on the phone

Sets, timers, run-throughs, focus blocks.

A runner built for the work. Rep counters, rest timers, and for-time, AMRAP, EMOM, and tabata clocks for fitness. Practice timers and a 1–10 run-through rating for everything else. It works offline and syncs when you're back.

  • Scores that mean something: time, rounds and reps, load, calories, rating
  • Leave a note and an RPE at Finish so Coach knows how it felt
  • Offline-first: the phone is the primary store while you train
Workout runner: elapsed clock, squat sets logged, rest timer running

Build to your recital, exam, or meet

Development Cycles with a target date.

Give Coach a date and it works backward: weeks, sessions, rest days, and the reminders that go with them. The calendar shows what's done, what was missed, and what's next — facts, not a verdict.

  • One or more programs scheduled across specific weeks and days
  • Cycle reminders that fire only while the cycle is active
  • Approved fallbacks: shorter sessions you agreed to in advance for the rough days
Development Cycle: day 22 of 55, activity grid of done and missed days, weekly schedule

Reports your Coach also sees

One Training Summary, same numbers everywhere.

Sessions and minutes per week, Scores, personal records, consistency against your cycle — plus volume and estimated 1RMs for fitness. Reports on the phone and Coach in your assistant are computed by the same functions, so you never argue about the numbers.

  • Per-Coach breakdown of sessions per week
  • Estimated 1RM trends and recorded lift tests
  • Best and latest Score per repeated workout — including run-through Ratings for music, language, art, and study
Reports: sessions this week, volume per week, sessions per Coach, estimated 1RM

Reminders that fire when you need them

Sessions, to-dos, and Coach nudges.

Coach schedules them; your phone fires them. A reminder for a session you already finished is dropped before it rings. Quiet hours, daily caps, and how much Coach may do on its own are yours to set.

  • Eve-of-training and training-day messages that rotate so they never repeat verbatim
  • Open-workout reminders that launch straight into the session
  • Coaching policy: direct, analytical, or supportive; never guilt or fake enthusiasm
Reminders scheduled by Coach: sessions, to-dos, eve-of-training messages

Family & studio Circles

Leaders nudge only with consent.

Invite your family, team, studio, or class. A parent or teacher can place a reminder on a member's phone — only when that member allows it, and always labelled with who asked. Leaders never see an email address.

  • Three switches per group, changed only by you: reminders, training summary, all reminders
  • Join with an 8-character code or a link; no emails are sent
  • Leaving a group revokes access immediately
The Reyes Family: members, your label, and the three switches under What leaders can see

Everyday habits, one screen

Daily to-dos and a journal you both can read.

Coach sets up the everyday items with you during intake — water, warm-up, flashcards — and you check them off per day. Write a note about how things went; Coach reads it and can leave one of its own. It never checks a box for you.

  • Daily to-dos never fire; they wait for you
  • Notes from you and from Coach, side by side on the day
  • Coach reads the week's notes when you ask how it went

Your clients, in your app.

Branded invites in 30 seconds.

Open a training group with your studio name, colors, and app title. Send each client a code or a gird://join link — they see your brand preview with your name and member count, join in one tap, and land in a simplified Gird with your programming and nothing to configure: no bot to connect, no Circles to get lost in. You write the plan in conversation; they open the app so the work lands.

  • One code per client or a shared team code — set uses and expiry (default 1 use, 30 days)
  • Your colors and name on their Home; clients have no bot and never see Circles
  • Your Coach manages each client: coaches, sessions, cycles, reminders, notes, and summaries
Join with a code: clients enter the trainer's invite code and see the brand preview before joining

Gird on the big screen.

Permanent sidebar and side-by-side panes.

On iPad and wide Android, the drawer becomes a permanent sidebar and Home, Coach, Reports, and the runner split into list and detail side by side — plan on the tablet, train on the phone, review on both. Phones and narrow Split View keep the single-column UI with the same 11 destinations.

  • Width-based layout: regular at 768px and up, with narrow windows falling back to the phone UI
  • The same 11 hubs everywhere — Home, Daily, Coaches, Circles, History, Reports, Cycles, Workouts, Favorites, Programs, Reminders
  • Made for gym-floor iPads, lesson studios, and Stage Manager multitasking

Most apps track. Gird AI coaches.

A tracker asks you to do the planning and the motivating, then draws a chart. Gird AI puts a Coach on the planning and keeps the phone honest about the doing.

A tracking app

  • You type the plan in by hand
  • You log the work
  • You read the charts and decide what to change
  • It pings you on a schedule whether or not you showed up

Gird AI

  • Coach writes the plan in conversation and adjusts it from your history
  • You do the work; the phone records it
  • You and Coach read the same numbers and decide together
  • Coach checks in once a day, takes one small step or stays quiet — and drops the nudge if you already did the thing

Questions

Do I need Grok?

No — use the assistant you already pay for. Grok is the primary surface, and Grok Bots require a SuperGrok plan or higher. Claude and ChatGPT work through the same connection plus a host prompt pack (see How it works). The app itself has no chat — the conversation happens with your assistant, and the app is where you do the work and see your progress.

Can I use the app without the Bot?

Every Coach action has a manual fallback: you can build a session, plan a cycle, set a 1RM, and dismiss a note on the phone. It is a secondary path, but nothing depends on the Bot being reachable.

Which phones?

iPhone and Android. Create an account to start your 14-day free trial.
