Stay and Coach keeps planning. Leave and nothing is deleted — sync pauses after a 30-day grace window and the app keeps working locally.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on every plan. Personal is $9.99/month or $69.99/year and trials start in the app through the App Store or Google Play; Trainer tiers run $39–$149/month and trials start on the web with a card. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Guest mode (local-only, no account) stays free forever.
How do I cancel?
Personal: cancel in your phone's subscriptions — App Store or Google Play — and you keep access until the end of the billing period. Trainer: open Manage billing from your account page; the tier stays active until the period ends and your clients keep training until then. No emails, no calls.
Can I get a refund?
Personal subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them under store policy. Trainer tiers are billed by us through Stripe — if something went wrong, email support@gird.app and we'll make it right.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. For 30 days your phone keeps syncing so everything stays backed up, but Coach stops answering. After that the app keeps working locally with what's on your phone. Resubscribe any time and sync and Coach pick up where they left off.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Your Trainer tier covers your seats — 10, 30, or 100 clients depending on the tier. Clients train in your branded app for free and need no AI subscription of their own.
Do I still need a Grok, Claude, or ChatGPT plan?
For Coach, yes — that part is separate and you pay the assistant maker, not us. Grok Bots require a SuperGrok plan or higher; Claude and ChatGPT work through a host prompt pack on whatever plan you already have. See the FAQ for the current details.
